In this 4 week intensive we’ll be stacking the building blocks of your core, each section designed to build upon the next, week-by-week. Week 1 kicks off with your first training on Wednesday, July 27th!

By the end of our 4 weeks together you will have:

  • Know how to properly activate and maintain it for support and stability
  • An in-depth knowledge of the anatomy and mechanics of how our core muscles work and how to make sure yours are working for you the best they can

  • 4 weekly training videos designed to have you practicing from Day 1 for a stronger core
  • Exercise printouts that coincide with each weekly training for your home program to get into immediate action
