Melody Stevens grew up in a loving Christian family, and at a young age began serving God and the church through music ministry, kids ministry and was even Missions Director for a time. She lives in San Diego with her high school sweetheart, Matthew, and their new kitten, Angie. She currently serves as a Deaconess on their church board, leads women’s ministry and her favorite, singing on the worship team.
She became a Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2008, and by God’s grace she founded Fit+Faith International in 2015. She is passionate about seeing women blossom in their relationship with God, become bold in their identity in Christ and experience the fullness of a healthy mind, body and spirit through the power and love of a personal relationship with Jesus.
Since 2015, God has used her to inspire and encourage women around the world through two podcasts, a devotional and online communities.
