Quick and easy & full of flavor, which is always nice! I eat egg whites every morning & always enjoy trying different veggies with my eggs. I usually eat 4 egg whites with red, green, yellow pepper and sweet onion & a little spinach as my “go-to”. Sometimes I like to add sautéed zucchini and baby portabella mushrooms. Then, I like to cook it like an omelet in coconut oil. Breakfast food is my favorite!! Love your recipes.
